Sunday Breakfast.

This week Tristan is off to the Intel campus in Arizona for a work training. I miss him so much already! This morning we made some breakfast and spent all day lazing around the house before I took him to the airport.

I am so excited to let you all know that I took the plunge and got my own domain! Soon, very soon, I will be switching everything over from this site– of course I will have to wait until my super handsome and techy fiance returns to help me with the technical side of things! Hope you all had a great weekend!

Pink Magnolia.

Today I was browsing Target and came across this candle.

Seriously guys… this candle smells amazing! AND it was only $4! It reminds me of a shampoo I used to use. I can’t put my finger on which one… but go smell it and you’ll know what I’m talking about!

I use candles all year long… is that weird? Do you do that too?

My favorite place.

Tristan and I have lived in our apartment now for 8 months (ish??) now and I still don’t feel as though it’s fully decorated… and in a weird way- part of me doesn’t want to go hog wild just because I know we won’t be in this space forever.

However, one room in our apartment that I love dearly is our bedroom. You see, if I decorated our apartment any which way I liked, it would end up looking something like THIS and if Tristan had his way, our apartment would end up looking something like THIS. Okay… maybe not that extreme- but you get the picture!

Our bedroom is one place that I feel is slightly more feminine than the rest! Tristan let me buy all white furniture (this is huge! I would love white everything- him not so much!) and I’d added girly touches here and there.

Our dresser is by far my most favorite piece of furniture we have bought! Plus, I love decorating the top of it! I recently got this super girly bracelet at Banana Republic on clearance… oh how I love a good sale!

Nothing is more feminine in my opinion than perfume bottles! I love this bottle from Moschino and the scent is to die for! It’s been my everyday perfume for quite some time now.

Our bedding is uber girly, flower prints and all! However, I feel since it’s in a neutral tone (gray) it doesn’t give you girly-overload!

My weekend.

This weekend has been full of fun, good times with friends, and laughter. On Saturday my friend Tonya and I headed out to shop and see The Vow (not my first choice). While we were out and about our boys played call of duty and we met up with them later for a lovely dinner at the Venetian Theatre. Today I’m looking forward to relaxing and maybe doing some couponing (oh yeah, I said it). Here are some photos from my instagram of the weekend!
